The Support and Resettlement service can help if you are at risk of being homeless or if you need support in managing life's many challenges.
The main aim of The Support and Resettlement Service is to prevent people from becoming homeless and work with people who require support to live independently in their own homes. To be eligible for the service applicants must be 18 years plus, and living in the St Albans District.
Areas of support available to access are:
Support to prevent homelessness Working with individuals who are at risk of losing their tenancy so that they remain in their own home.
Housing support Working with individuals to address issues & develop skills in identified areas so that they are able to manage their accommodation and tenancy independently in the long term.
Resettlement support Support to identify & access suitable accommodation.
Working with individuals who are at risk of homelessness or unsuitably housed and need support to access accommodation that meets their needs.
